This is a timeline of various political, legal, military, social, economic and environmental events that have occurred in Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Philippines, Laos, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, Timor-Leste, Brunei) that are relevant to libertarian socialism.

  • 2007: The failed Saffron Revolution occurs across Myanmar in an effort to topple the dictatorship.
  • 2007: Workers at PT Istana take over their workplace.
  • 2007: Citizens around the Irrawady River in Myanmar block the construction of a dam.[1]
