This is a timeline of various political, legal, military, social, economic and environmental events that have occurred in Oceania (a region encompassing the states of Australia, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, Fiji, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Samoa, Micronesia, Tonga, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Palau, Tuvalu, Nauru) that are relevant to libertarian socialism.
Pre-Colonial History

- 1952: The Massina Ruru movement succeeds, winning massive wage increases for workers in the Solomon Islanders and a democratic indigenous council.

- 1966: The nine-year long Gurindji Strike begins as Aboriginal Australians struggle for their rights and dignity against the white supremacy and colonialism of Australia. This quickly evolves into one of the biggest struggles for indigenous rights in Australian history.
