The Marriot Hotels Strike was a strike in cities across the USA in 2018 in protest of low wages and sexual harassment faced by hotel workers.

Events
Over 20 hotels have been affected including in Boston, San Francisco, Honolulu, Kauai, Detroit, San Diego, Oakland and San Jose.
Results
The concessions won by Marriot workers include:
- An increase in hourly wages by $4 an hour, bringing the median hourly wage is $23 an hour
- The provision of a small pension based on how many years they’ve worked at the company
- Provision of GPS-enabled panic buttons for housekeepers to alert security staff if they feel unsafe with a guest when cleaning a room.
- Banning of guests who have a history of sexually harassing workers
