The TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) Workers' Union is an IWW organised union for foreign language teachers in the UK. Formed in 2019, it represents cleaners, teachers, admins staff and interns. Upon joining, workers at Delfin Language School in London have won paid meetings, paid CPDs, paid sick days, a pay policy, and an end to zero-hours contracts.[1] You can contact them here.
