The Workers' Initiative (IP) is an anarcho-syndicalist trade union based in Poland. Founded in 2001, it has helped support striking workers in healthcare, supermarkets and factories and worked with anti-fascists in Poland and Germany.

- 2002: IP protests against the loss of legal worker protections
- 2000s: IP organises protests in supermarkets, factories and hospitals to protect workers' rights
- 2012: IP helps block neo-nazis in Frankfurt, Germany
- 2012: IP helps organise 'bread instead of the olympic games' in protest of soccer matches
