The Republic of South Sudan is an authoritarian and capitalist state located in Eastern Africa bordering Sudan, the Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, Kenya and Ethiopia. It is the newest state in the world, having split from Sudan in 2011.
